At Canari, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the process seamless so you can get back to your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
